Contest Description

Win a FREE Diamond cabinet of your choice! If you purchase a new Diamond amp from an authorized dealer (www.diamondamplification.com/dealers) between now and December 31, 2009, you can register to win. Winner will be selected on or before January 15, 2010!!!

  Contest Rules

If you purchase a NEW Diamond amp from an authorized dealer between November 1, 2009 and December 31, 2009, you may submit proof of purchase pursuant to the rules on “How to Enter.” Drawing will be made on or before January 15, 2010 for the winner. Winner will be notified by phone and e-mail and will be permitted to select the Diamond cabinet of his/her choice. Entrants may enter once for each qualifying purchase. Shipping is free to any US destination. International purchasers will be required to pay shipping.

  Eligibility

Contest is open to the general public 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, get your parent or legal guardian to enter on your behalf. Employees, and family members of employees, of Diamond Amplification, Inc. and all related and affiliate companies, globally, are not eligible for the contest.

  General Rules & Conditions

By participating in the contest, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules. Winners will be required to sign and complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, Publicity Release and Liability Release, where legally permissible, and return it to Diamond Amplification within 30 days of notification, otherwise the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate entrant. Entrants acknowledge they have the legal right to use any photos, music and/or other media used in their submissions for this Contest and Diamond Amplification’s use of such media will not violate any third party rights. Winners give Diamond Amplification unlimited rights to use winners’ name, picture and likeness, globally, in advertising and publicity, without further compensation, where permitted by local law. All local, state and federal taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. No substitution of prize is permitted. Diamond Amplification’s decision and selection of the winners shall be final.

Diamond Amplification is not responsible for any late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries. Incomplete or illegible entries are not eligible. Diamond Amplification or its affiliates may rescind any promotion found to contain errors without liability at their sole discretion. If your entry does not contain all the requested information, or the information cannot be verified, your entry will be withdrawn. How to Enter Entry is simple.
