The new line from Diamond, the Decada is the natural progression of amp design and voicing from Diamond.  The Decada is both more elegant and refined than its predecessor, the ruder and more aggressive Spec Op.  Tonally, the Decada has tighter low end, smoother mids and highs, and creamier gain for a softer, smoother feel on Channel 2, while retaining all the characteristics of the heralded Diamond clean channel.  New with the Decada is Diamond's first Ch2A/Ch2B configuration that voices 2A and 2B differently (2A for rhythm, 2B for leads) and still retains the tube-driven clean boost.  The Decada sports ALL the same features and switching options as the Spec Op, but comes with a half-power switch standard.  Packaged in a classy tolex-wrapped front panel with inset metal grille and blue LED's, the Decada's look is as elegant as its tone.

The Immortal is the first of Diamond’s collaboration with Roy Blankenship, heralded Class A/Vintage guru who is now part of the Diamond family, and the natural first resulting product. The first true 50 watt product from Diamond, the Immortal is vintage clean/crunch at its finest. Vintage amp aficionados consistently go back to one place for the essence of vintage tone. Hence, this tone became everlasting (read: immortal). This is our recipe for what is good and great about that place, and our improvements to what was not. In true vintage style, this amp is 4 input with 2 volumes, no master, no loop, no switching, just unadulterated tube rapture. Add a variac and you’ll find yourself in some of the most noteworthy and sought-after tones recorded!

Second from our products developed in collaboration with heralded Class A/Vintage guru Roy Blankenship who is now part of the Diamond Family, the Del Fuego is a 22 watt fire breathing, completely gigable, compact shining example of tone and touch sensitivity. Then only limitation to this amp is your fingers! Covered in either black or burgundy snakeskin, the Del Fuego head is a quality, hand-built amplifier in the time-honored tradition of a famous and sought-after early 1960’s British model. It delivers revered vintage-type distortion without the “domestic havoc” and it’s lightweight enough to save your back while still having the power to be gigable even in combination with 2 4x12’s. Each Del Fuego is hand wired on a hand-built fiberglass eyelet board using components selected for reliability and superior sonic character along with Mercury Magnetics transformers. Two channels, one with foot-switchable tremolo (included). The Del Fuego uses three 12AX7, two EL84 power tubes, and one 6CA4 rectifier.

The Balinese is another product from our collaboration with heralded Class A guru Roy Blankenship. We completed this amp a few weeks after my father died. Since his death, I had been listening to a lot of ZZ Top, one of my father’s favorite bands. When listening to the final product, a riff kept running through my head with a tone that mirrored what I was hearing from this amp. Turns out it was ZZ Top’s song, The Balinese. The Balinese was an infamous night club from down south in Houston on Galveston Island, and the subject of the song (“you can dance all night, if it felt alright, drinkin’ whiskey and throwin’ dice. . .”). As a kid, I wore out my father’s 8-track of ZZ Top Fandango, The Balinese being one of the most popular songs from that album. So it became the Balinese. Seemed like a good fit, particularly considering it also happened to me one of my father’s favorite ZZ Top songs.

Born from the Del Fuego, our amazingly popular 22watt, Class A, 2 channel fire-breather, the Positron takes all the best parts of a Del Fuego and wraps them in a smaller, more portable package that anyone can throw over their shoulder and have their tone to go. The Positron is exactly as the name implies – extremely small and positively charged (to say the least).

DA’s unique offering to solve the invariably frustrating problem of controlling your MIDI devices and your amp with one footswitch. The MAC-2, designed in conjunction with RJM Music, offers 3 mono 1/4” jacks and 1 TRS/Stereo 1/4” jack with corresponding front panel switches for connecting to any device allowing 1/4” switching control. Allows any standard MIDI pedal to switch channels/features on your amp or other device through a simple MIDI patch change. MIDI In/Thru controls and 7-pin jack to supply phantom power to compatible devices.
