All sales are final. There are no returns on Black Friday Sale items. FULL WARRANTY and yes, all items are factory-new and built for you. If you choose the deposit option instead of paying in full, your amp is non-cancelable so if you decide you don't want it later on when it's done, you do not get a refund on your deposit. All purchases do come with our Exchange Program.

Returns for refund will not be accepted. Any difficulties you have with your amplifier will be resolved per the limited LIFETIME WARRANTY available on our site. Please download it if you have any questions. Exchanges due to preference will not be permitted. If the item is defective, it will be repaired, or replaced if it cannot be repaired. Make sure to download your Product Owner's Manual.

As noted above, the normal lead time before shipping your product is approximately 60-90 days. While your item may ship earlier, or later due to demand or production time variance, your order can not be cancelled due to a delay time longer than expected.

EXCHANGE PROGRAM

If you decide you would prefer a different Diamond US Custom Amplifier, you may exchange your amplifier for a different Diamond US Custom Amplifier one time after receipt. To exchange your amplifier and take advantage of our EXCHANGE PROGRAM, you must CONTACT US prior to returning your item. Your exchange will require a 10% restocking fee, but your return shipping and shipping on your new amplifier are free! If there is a difference in price between your purchased product and newly selected product, this difference is due at the time your amplifier is returned to us. Your newly selected product is subject to the same Terms & Conditions above, as well as the same lead time! So keep in mind, you will likely have to wait the same amount of time for the newly selected product as you did for your original order!

Exchanges will ONLY be permitted if your amplifier is:

1) returned to us within 10 days of receipt,

2) in the original packaging, and

3) in identical condition as it was shipped to you!
