Welcome to the Diamond Amps Layaway Plan. Here you can layaway the Diamond US Custom Amp and optional cab of your choice. Our layaway plan is simple - 12 equal payments, then you get your amp. Just to be clear, we do NOT offer financing that allows you to get your amp now and then pay us. If you are interested in that option, consider using PayPal credit. It's great! Or a credit card.

TERMS:
Your layaway is NO INTEREST. You can make your payments early, or higher, and payoff your amp quicker without any penalty.
You can NOT get your amp prior to being paid in full. In rare cases, we will consider shipping you your amp after 80% of it has been paid as long as your credit is good, your payments have been timely, and without any incident, and if we have a credit card for you that we have had NO difficulty timely charging. It is rare, however, so don't expect it. To apply, you'll simply contact us shortly before you've hit the 80% mark. You can not apply for this if your shipping will be outside the Continental US.
You will have to pay shipping with your last payment, that is additional to the amount you're paying for your product. Domestic shipping will be a flat fee of $42.50/amp for the Continental US, and $120/cab, also for the Continental US. Outside the Continental US will result in additional charges. These charges will be determined at the time of shipping.
Can I return my amp or change my mind and get a refund? Your Layaway Plan is NON-CANCELABLE. If you decide to stop paying, or change your mind, you will NOT get a refund. Every amp we make is built to order. Your amp cannot be returned. Every amp we make is built to order. You, of course, will get our full LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY with your purchase!
What if I have something come up and need to take a break in payments? No problem. You are entitled to a 1-time, 6 month holiday in your payment schedule. If you need it, contact us and request your payment holiday. You will have up to 6 months to resume your payments. You can resume your payments faster if you want. There is no penalty for taking a payment break. We get it. If you take longer than 6 months to resume your payments, this will result in an additional charge (you'll lose 25% of what you've paid to date - we simply can't control component costs, etc that long).
What if I change my mind on which Diamond Amp I want? You can change your selection up to 60 days prior to your last payment. If the amp you select is more than the first selection you made, your next payment will include the difference of what you should have been paying to what you were actually paying, on top of your new normal payment. Then payments will continue at the new price. If your new selection is lower priced, your payments will stay the same, but we'll take the difference off the last payment.

If you select the wrong amp, it may affect your payments! So make sure you choose the correct selection. If you do not reconfirm here, your layaway will not be complete, which will result in delays in getting you your amp!
